Lanelle attended Mary Star of the Sea School in Freeport before transferring to junior high school in Colorado and then high school in Vermont. ... After graduating from high school, Lanelle enrolled at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, where she took up International Studies with a Minor in Caribbean Studies. She later transferred to Framingham State University outside of Boston, Massachusetts, to study Marketing and Economics.

While in college, at the young age of 19, Lanelle took a part-time job as an administrator for a luxury auto brokerage. When a sales position became available, she convinced the President to let her try out for it, and four months later broke the company's sales record. She decided to leave college in order to work for the brokerage full time.

Wanting to explore the excitement of a big city, in 1994 Lanelle moved to Chicago and managed a specialty shoe store for a year. She then joined NORDSTROMS department store, the largest seller of shoes in the United States, where she was soon promoted to sales manager and associate shoe buyer. In 1997, she accepted the position of regional sales and distribution manager for MF Cosmetics where she oversaw distribution, hiring and marketing for the line at stores such as Henry Bendels, Barneys NY, Saks Fith Avenue and Nordstroms throughout the Midwestern and Southern US.

During this period Lanelle found the time to obtain her real estate license and, after enduring four Chicago winters, moved back to Freeport to become Sales Manager at Century 21 Harry Dann & Co.

She was recruited by H. G. Christie Ltd.'s in 2000 as District Manager and was responsible for creating and opening an office in Freeport and then managing that office. Lanelle was promoted to Regional Sales Manager early in 2006, overseeing hiring, management and marketing in Bimini, The Berry Islands, Andros and Grand Bahama.

Ms. Phillips resigned from HG Christie in early 2007 and opened Lanelle Phillips Real Estate in June of that same year. Ms. Phillips currently operates a full service real estate firm on Grand Bahama Island and is working on opening her second office in Governors Harbour, Eleuthera in early 2009.

Lanelle, despite her busy schedule, manages to stay extremely active in her community. She has served 2 years as a Director of the GB Chamber of Commerce in 2002 and has been rrecently re-elected for the 2010 to 2012 term, she was a committee member for the We Care Programme, Chairman of the GB Cancer Association and currently holds the position of President of the GB American Women's Club. Lanelle is presently on the executive board serving as an officer for the Bahamas Real Estate Association. You also often see her assisting with The GB Childrens Home and The GB Humane Society. A portion of all her commissions are donated to these charities in the name of her clients.

Adrian Seymour was born and raised in the city of Freeport on the island of Grand Bahama.

Having graduated from St. Paul’s College, Adrian had the opportunity of attending Prospect Hall College in Hollywood Florida from which he graduated after achieving an Associate Degree in Computer Programming

Upon returning home to the wonderful country of the Bahamas, Adrian has had numerous job experiences. One of his major achievements before joining Lanelle Phillips Real Estate was in the Vacation Ownership/Timeshare industry as Director of Sales and Marketing where he had well over eighteen years of experience. Adrian’s experience and training with his penchant for detail have served to help make him highly effective at what he does. Adrian has a proven track record of commitment and dedication of providing excellent service to all of his clients.

Adrian is the proud father of one daughter 2 year old Adrien Seymour.

Christine Wallace-Whitfield was born in Nassau, Bahamas to Roy and Susan Bowe. There she attended Xavier's Lower Primary School and St. Augustine's High School before transferring to Cobham Hall School in Kent, England.

After graduating from high school she studied at the American College for Applied Arts in London, England and Atlanta, Georgia, and at the University of Syracuse in Madrid, Spain, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commercial Art with a Minor in Photography.

Christine worked as a graphic artist and photographer in Nassau until she relocated to Freeport in 1996. The following year, she began her career in real estate, becoming a sales agent and then Broker with two of Grand Bahama's leading real estate companies.

In 1999 she obtained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) certification from the National Association of Realtors in the United States, and soon after became Office Manager of Bahamas Realty Ltd., Freeport. She joined H. G. Christie Ltd. in 2004 and as an agent and broker in the Freeport office until August 2006 when Christine transferred to the Exuma branch in the Southern Bahamas, a place of strong family roots for her Father's family. In January of 2009, after an almost 5 year career with HG Christie Ltd., Christine resigned to partnership with LPRE, the out-island arm of Lanelle Phillips Real Estate located in Freeport, Bahamas. Christine relocated back to Freeport in April 2009 where she will broker operations for LPRE. Christine will not only continue to be active in the Freeport real estate market listing and selling properties on Grand Bahama Island, but she will also oversee operations of LPRE in the beautiful Bahamas out-islands. As shareholder and broker of LPRE, Christine will work with agents to drive business in Eleuthera, Exuma and New Providence.

Christine specializes in an array of Vacant land properties, Canal front and Beach front properties, Luxury Homes, Condominiums, Developments and Commercial properties. Christine is a member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) and has served as Secretary and Vice-President of BREA's Grand Bahama Chapter and currently holds the position as President, 2010.

She is married to Joey Wallace-Whitfield, son of the late statesman, Sir Cecil Wallace-Whitfield. They have two young children, Sasha and Nicholas. Fina was born in Mexico and raised in the Bahamas from the age of 6 months. She attended boarding school in Simsbury, Connecticut, spending her summers with her mother’s family in Sweden. Fina has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, and a graduate degree in Interior Design from the New York School of Interior Design in New York City, where she also worked for a high end Interior Design Firm. She continued on to own her own design company in Vermont and also worked in real estate, computer software development and sales, corporate convention planning in New York City, and as a head hunter for high end stock brokers world wide.

Fina has lived all over the world, including Australia, Brazil, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico and many different cities across the United States. She also traveled and studied in Asia, Africa and Europe. Her extensive knowledge of all the Islands has been an asset to her success in Real Estate throughout the Bahamas. Fina speaks Spanish and Swedish fluently and is proficient in French. In addition to traveling, she enjoys tennis, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, art, music and ‘anything to do with the ocean.’

Fina specializes in real estate in Lyford Cay and Old Fort Bay on the island of New Providence (Nassau) where she resides as well as Exuma where she presently owns a home and previously lived in her childhood. Fina worked at Country Village Rentals in Stowe, Vermont from 1997 – 2000 before returning home to the Bahamas in 2000 to work for HG Christie Ltd. as a sales agent in their Nassau office. Fina resigned from HG Christie Ltd. on 2007 to open her own company Island Concierge Ltd. and also joined Lanelle Phillips Real Estate where she works as a Broker - Agent.

I was born in Florida and lived there until after graduation when I moved to the Bahama Islands specifically to work with my father in his landscaping business in Freeport, Bahamas.

In 1964 I married Kay Russell from Hope Town, Abaco and five years later we had a son, Ken who now owns and operates KDM Construction Ltd in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island.

April 1972 we incorporated our own and lawn and garden supply company in Freeport, Grand Bahama for the sale of gardening supplies and a selection of indoor plants and the servicing of lawn and garden equipment.

In 1988 my real estate career began as a sales agent and in 1996 I obtained my brokers status with the Bahamas Real Estate Association. It was around this time that Bahama Dave emerged as the local boy with that certain knowledge of Bahamas Real Estate with particular reference to Grand Bahama.

As a permanent resident of Freeport, Bahamas, Bahama Dave specializes in sales and rentals of Grand Bahama Homes, Grand Bahama Condos and an extensive range of Grand Bahama vacant land particularly in select waterfront locations.
